Q.: What is your fee for services?
A.: 1 hour of video/photography is $300. Every hour after is $100. (Editing is included)

Q.: What locations do you cover?
A.: Ft. Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres, Pine Island, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Marco Island.

Q.: Do you do virtual tours?
A.: A sample of the style of virtual tour I create can be viewed on the Home page of this website.

Q.: Do you do aerial photography and video?
A.: Yes.

Q.: When can I get my pictures back?
A.: Generally the same day for pictures, but up to 36 hours on virtual tour video. If this is a new listing for the MLS, I strongly suggest submitting all pictures and virtual tours at the time you initially submit your NEW listing. First impressions are everything and through my experience, many of the realtors THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH whom have a home between $150k to $500k, frequently have a contract within 1 to 2 weeks time from initial listing. $1M homes and over tend to attract select buyers and may take a longer time to find the right buyer.
